Seth walked us through a process that took eight months AFTER we had found the house we wanted to buy! It was an incredibly complex deal, with lot line changes (involving the town, the city, and the county), a pre-closing occupancy agreement, a shared well agreement, power of attorney issues, a new furnace, and heaps of detailed conversations that flew way over our heads as first time homebuyers. Seth demonstrated himself to be a realtor with integrity, keeping our needs in mind, and very patient with a long process. It could have been exhausting or frustrating, but he took it in stride. When we bumped into an issue or question he’d not dealt with before (since our deal was such a quirky one), he quickly sought out answers for us. He laid out options and talked about relative merits of different steps we could take and let us ask a lot of questions and then decide. Seth is solid.

Seth was just incredible to work with. He quickly responded to all of our inquiries and gave honest opinions about the properties we looked at. He spent tons of time with us and looked at many properties over a year period. Never once did we feel like we were “bothering” him. He was enthusiastic the entire time. Seth really shined when we began the negotiation and closing process on our house. Seth was a fantastic negotiator and kept in constant contact. He negotiated a great price for us. He showed his value as we went through the loan process, too. We ended up getting a renovation loan, which made the loan process extremely complex. Without him guiding us and keeping us on track though the inspection and appraisal process, we would not have closed in time and may have lost the deal.
